What is DREAM?

A non-profit corporation founded to preserve and enhance the appearance of historical buildings and creat a sense of community in downtown Monroe.

DREAM is utilizing the National Trust's Main Street Approach to preserve the historic character of the downtown as a living part of Monroe'scommunity life and to combat community deterioration.
